ABOUT
Pink Beach Guest House is a small family run adults only guest house on the Shanklin sea front. Aptly named after the truly pink sunrise and sunsets that bathe the beach and horizon in a beautiful pink hue.
Centrally placed on the Esplanade we have three resturants next to us offering food, drink and live entertainment, on the other side we have bike hire and the stairs and lift to the town and to our front there's a beach cafe offering ice creams and snacks and the deck chair and boat hire shack.

Please note: We do not have our own car park but we are adjacent to a public car park and there is parking all along the Esplanade. There is a charge for this during the day and a £2 charge to park overnight. You are able to pay using PayByPhone - via the app or website and quote location 71000 for the All Island Tourist Parking Permit, which allows you to park virtually anywhere on the Island without having to pay each time.

The Pink Beach is currently being completely refurbished!
The name will be changing to The Osborne when we reopen in May 2025
The bar will also be reopening with the addition of a lounge area for our guests to relax!

OUR ROOMS
We aim to provide clean comfortable rooms and a good quality and plentiful breakfast at a reasonable price.
We have 15 guest rooms all with ensuite, central heating, double glazing, free WiFi, electric fans, Freeview television, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
Our doubles all have KING size beds .
We also have beautiful newly renovated 1 and 3 bedroom apartments available. The 1 bed has fabulous views of the beach.
The apartments consists of a fully equipped kitchen, lounge / dining area, and bathroom with a walk in shower. You will be provided with bedding, towels and a few welcome basics in the kitchen.
